- Requires technical knowledge with Data Integrations, Advanced & Matrix Reporting, Calculated Fields, API’s,

- Expert knowledge in Workday functional configuration across the following modules: Recruiting, Core HCM, Benefits, Advance Compensation, Performance, Talent & Security

- Strong understanding of Workday Security

- Strong knowledge with process optimization, interpret Workday functional, research and gaps within the product to provide alternate solutions to functional/technical team members and customers.





- Strong understanding of critical processes & current state architectures across multiple TransUnion geographies and drive the future state architecture aligned with our global operating model and the global technology platform.

- Ability to balance business requirements with IT objectives, provide technical leadership, & define & manage backlog at a domain level.

- You will partner with internal Senior Leadership and Industry Leaders to consultant on best practices, advanced concepts, techniques within our applications and programs.

- Exceptional communication skills with global & diverse audiences

- Solid critical thinking and analytical skills.

- Strong collaboration skills, ability to manage & navigate differing perspectives to drive projects and initiatives to successful closure.
