What would you do?

- As a Media and Graphics Associate, you will support the creation of digital assets for digital learning solutions. You ll design graphics, illustrations, or motion elements that enhance training experiences, while learning industry standard tools and AI powered workflows.
- Talent Development process
- - In depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).




- - Awareness of AI tools in graphic design industry (e.g., MS co pilot, Adobe Firefly, Synthesia, Midjourney, Runway).
- - Basic knowledge of AI Prompting
- - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- - Ability to take feedback positively and adapt quickly.
- - Creative thinking with attention to detail. What are we looking for?
- 6 to 12 months internship or experience in graphic or multimedia design.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field. Roles and Responsibilities:

- Graphic Designer Role
- - Assist in creating graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital learning content.
- - Follow brand and learning guidelines to produce consistent visuals.
- - Edit and repurpose images, icons, and templates for e learning modules.
- - Support senior designers in prototyping and visual storytelling.
- Motion Graphics Designer Role
- - Create simple animations, GIFs, and transitions to support learning modules.
- - Edit videos and audio to support interactive learning content.
- - Experiment with AI tools to enhance productivity and design quality
