Role Description The Videography + Video Editor will work full-time in office at Lemochi Creative Studio in Erode, handling end-to-end video creation for branding, marketing, and social media campaigns. This role follows a split-workflow model: dedicated days will be focused on shooting and production, while the remaining days will be dedicated entirely to video editing, post-production, and final deliveries.

Day-to-day responsibilities include planning shoots, operating camera, lighting, and audio equipment, capturing high-quality footage, and independently editing the captured material into polished, platform-ready videos (cuts, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics). The role also involves managing media files, maintaining studio equipment, and collaborating with creative teams on storyboards and visual style.

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Production & Shoots: Plan, set up, and operate camera, lighting, and audio gear for product shoots, brand films, and social content.





• Post-Production & Editing: Edit raw footage on non-shoot days into high-retention vertical videos (Reels/Shorts) and long-form brand content.

• Color & Audio: Handle color correction, color grading, dialogue cleanup, sound design, and background music syncing.

• Graphics & Formatting: Add engaging captions, motion typography, and visual hooks.

• Asset Management: Organize raw footage, project files, and maintain in-house equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production, Cinematography, and multi-format shooting (Reels, ads, brand films).

• Proven proficiency in Video Editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro) and basic motion graphics (After Effects).

• Strong understanding of post-production workflows including pacing, cuts, color grading, and audio mixing.

• Confident camera operation, lens selection, and gimbal handling in both studio and on-location environments.

• Solid knowledge of lighting setups (three-point lighting, outdoor diffusion) and mic setups.

• Excellent visual storytelling, sense of rhythm, and attention to detail in composition and framing.

• Strong time-management skills to balance shoot days and meet edit delivery deadlines.

• Relevant experience as a Videographer & Editor; a strong portfolio or showreel showcasing both shooting and editing capability is required.
