Hospitals and healthcare businesses spend millions every year trying to reach the right patients—but their digital ecosystem is often fragmented across websites, Google, social media, advertising, CRM and patient engagement.

Docfyn brings these pieces together through an AI-first healthcare marketing and growth platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Create and edit video content according to established templates and creative direction.

▪ Execute trailer cutdowns, hero videos, multi-format assets, drop-ins, and other defined video deliverables.

▪ Deliver high-quality video edits that meet business goals and project requirements within established timelines.

▪ Collaborate closely with healthcare providers, account managers, and internal stakeholders to coordinate deliverables.

▪ Manage multiple project deadlines while maintaining consistent quality standards.

▪ Apply and maintain video templates and style guides according to established standards.

▪ Make creative decisions to enhance video outputs within defined parameters.

▪ Continuously improve AV skills including motion graphics, animation, and sound design.

▪ Maintain high proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and related video editing software.

QUALIFICATIONS

▪ 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and After Effects — these are the primary tools for this role.





▪ 2+ years of experience as an editor in any creative field — agency, startup, in-house brand team, or freelance production.

▪ Available online portfolio showcasing previous work.

▪ Experience working for or with creative agencies, startups, or in-house creative teams.

▪ Strong attention to detail and a quality-control mindset.

▪ Experience with digital asset management, libraries, or media collections, with the ability to research high-quality assets for production.

▪ Motion graphics and/or animation experience.

▪ Understanding of marketing and advertising principles.

▪ Familiarity with digital media workflows and asset management systems.

▪ Working knowledge of Photoshop and other design tools (Illustrator, InDesign, CDR) — a plus.
