- Prepare and file tax forms1040, 1120, 1065, and other necessary corporate tax documents
- Work closely with clients to address tax-related queries and provide qualified advice
- Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure proper adherence
- Collaborate with the tax team to optimize tax strategies and minimize liabilities
- Conduct detailed reviews of financial statements, simple and moderate Corporate and international forms like Form 1120, 5471,5472, 926 and state returns.
