Job Description:

1.Solution Design & Configuration

n

n
- Lead the design and configuration of CO-PA (Margin Analysis / Account-Based) in SAP S/4HANA.
n
- Define and configure value fields, characteristics, derivation rules, assessment cycles, allocation methods, and reporting structures.
n
- Customize Fiori applications, CDS views, and SAP standard CO-PA reporting tools in S/4HANA.
n
- Ensure alignment of CO-PA structures with Universal Journal (ACDOCA) data models.
n

2.Business Engagement

n

n
- Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, and Commercial stakeholders to understand reporting and profitability requirements.
n
- Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into functional specifications.
n
- Support blueprinting, solution design, and fit–gap analysis.
n

n

3.Integration & Cross-Functional Coordination

n

n
- Work with SD, MM, PP, FI,



and Analytics teams to ensure seamless data flow into CO-PA.
n
- Ensure CO-PA integrates correctly with pricing, billing, cost center accounting, product costing, and material ledger.
n
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams for profitability dashboards and KPI automation.
n

4.Testing & Quality Assurance

n

n
- Develop and execute unit tests, SIT, UAT, and regression testing for CO-PA processes.
n
- Provide defect resolution and ensure end-to-end process validation.
n

n

5.Documentation & Training

n

n
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation such as FS, configuration docs, process flows, and test scripts.
n
- Deliver user training and support hypercare activities after go-live.
n

n

6.Support & Continuous Improvement

n

n
- Provide L2/L3 support for CO-PA issues.
n
- Optimize CO-PA through enhancements, automation, and S/4HANA features.
n
- Monitor system performance and support month-end closing activities.
n
