- DSA Empanelment & Payout Management
- Investor / Customer Grievance Management
- Team Leadership & Process Improvement
Ideal Profile
? 12+ years of experience in NBFC / Financial Services Operations
? Strong exposure to lending operations and Capital Market financing
? Experience across LAS / MTF / Promoter Funding or similar lending products
? Robust understanding of documentation, KYC, controls, audits and regulatory processes
? Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills
