We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in FM Asset Class (Options , Fix Income , Equities) for a critical Data Centre Migration project for Trade and Post Trade Team .

n

Responsibilities:

n

n
- Coordinating with stakeholders from various project teams in Financial Markets, agree timelines and funding, manage all governance requirements in close collaboration with technical development manager
n
- Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
n
- Document Actions from the workshops and assist with the tracking of the deliverables.
n
- Prepare Gap Analysis, Business Requirements Documents and Project Approval Requests
n
- Work closely with SME experts in various areas of the business gaining an understanding of their processes.
n
- Document and raise any Risks and Issues to the Product Owners, Business owners and Program Management.
n
- Take part in project testing cycles and assist with the preparation of test packs.
n
- Understand the functionalities of the current systems and process, and come up with requirements for system/process improvements.
n




- Mentor & guide Python developers & automation engineers in building world class products
n
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers
n
- Manage a team of 30+ developers & automation engineers
n
- Prepare delivery plan and liaise with Bank stakeholders in executing the plan
n
- RAID management of project
n
- Leverage Gen AI solutions to improve overall productivity and delivery quality
n

Mandatory Skills Description:

n

n
- 10+ years of overall experience as Project/Delivery Manager
n
- Must have experience FM Asset Class (Options , Fix Income , Equities etc) and Trade Life Cycle (Front to Back)
n
- Must have worked in Java Technology and migration of application from monolithic to Mmcroservices architecture
n
- Must have worked with technology teams and be able to seamlessly participate & contribute to technical & architectural discussions.
n
- Solid people and stakeholder management experience
n
- Past Experience in Managing a team of 30+ developers ,BA and automation engineers.
n
