Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our bookkeeping team in Ahmedabad, supporting US-based clients.

Role: Accountant – US Accounting

n

Experience: 1+ year in accounting/bookkeeping, with working knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO)

n

Location: Ahmedabad

n

Work mode: Hybrid — 3 days WFO, 2 days WFH

n

Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

n

Week off: Saturday & Sunday

n

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

What you'll do:

n

n
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for US-based clients in QuickBooks Online
n
- Handle bank/credit card reconciliations, AP/AR, and month-end close
n
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial records
n
- Coordinate with the team on client reporting and queries
n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- 1+ year of accounting/bookkeeping experience, comfortable working in QBO
n
- Strong understanding of US GAAP basics and bookkeeping fundamentals
n
- Valuable communication skills; client-facing exposure is a plus
n
