JD Ceramic is a growing player in the ceramics and tiles industry. We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to expand our dealer and distributor network and grow sales across new and existing markets.

About the Role

n

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to lead sales growth, build strong relationships with dealers and distributors, and identify recent business opportunities in the ceramics/tiles space. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a strong network and a track record of hitting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers and distributors in target markets
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners
n
- Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and market share
n
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and territories
n
- Negotiate pricing, terms,



and agreements with dealers/distributors
n
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and share market feedback with management
n
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
n
- Represent JD Ceramic at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as needed
n
- Travel to meet dealers/clients and expand the distribution network
n

Skills & Requirements

n

n
- 2–4 years of experience in business development/sales, preferably in ceramics, tiles, sanitaryware, or a related building materials industry
n
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
n
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
n
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
n
- Willingness to travel for dealer/client visits
n
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Word for reporting
n
- A two-wheeler/valid driving license is a plus (for local travel)
n
