- Process current claim setup using information received via email, ensuring accurate capture of claim details and financials
- Update claims reserves in Sequel as per provided financial inputs
- Create and update claim event codes capturing loss details
- Maintain accurate claims data and documentation
- Follow defined SOPs, checklists, and turnaround timelines
- Identify and highlight data discrepancies or missing information
