Key Responsibilities

/n

- Perform day-to-day fund accounting activities for private equity, private credit, real estate, or

/n

other alternative investment funds.

/n

- Work extensively with the Allvue Fund Accounting platform for transaction processing,

/n

accounting, reporting, and fund operations.

/n

/n

- Maintain fund books and records and ensure accurate accounting entries.

/n

- Perform cash, investment, capital, and balance sheet reconciliations.

/n

- Support periodic NAV calculation and review processes.

/n

- Process and review capital calls, distributions, contributions, transfers, and other fund

/n

/n

transactions.

/n

- Record and reconcile investment activity, including purchases, sales, income, expenses, and

/n

valuations.

/n

/n

- Support quarterly/monthly close processes and preparation of fund financial statements.

/n

- Assist with investor allocations, management fees, carried interest, and other fund-level

/n

/n

calculations.

/n

/n

- Investigate and resolve accounting breaks, discrepancies, and reconciliation issues.

/n

- Prepare and review financial and operational reports generated through Allvue.

/n

- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, tax teams, administrators, and clients as required.

/n

- Ensure adherence to accounting policies, controls,



and operational procedures.

/n

- Identify opportunities to improve fund accounting processes and automation within Allvue.

/n

/n

Required Skills & Qualifications

/n

- 3–8 years of experience in fund accounting, investment accounting, or alternative investment

/n

operations.

/n

/n

- Hands-on experience with Allvue is strongly preferred.

/n

- Strong understanding of fund accounting concepts and investment structures.

/n

- Experience with private equity, private credit, real estate, hedge funds, or other alternative

/n

/n

investments.

/n

- Good knowledge of NAV calculation, capital activity, investment accounting, and

/n

reconciliations.

/n

/n

- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial statements.

/n

- Experience with month-end/quarter-end close activities.

/n

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

/n

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

/n

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of financial data.

/n

- Positive communication and stakeholder-management skills.

/n

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
