- 8+ yrs of experience
- Strong understanding of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) concepts, including Discovery, Service Graph Connectors and Integrations




- ServiceNow CMDB Service Mapping and Configuration Item Relationship expertise
- Knowledge of CI (Configuration Item) classes and hierarchyExperience with Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE)CMDB data modeling and schema design
- CI lifecycle management
- CMDB Health (completeness, correctness, compliance)
- Data normalization and deduplication
- ServiceNow-related scripting capabilities (ie: javascript, business rules, fix scripts, integrations, etc.)
