Job Description:
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; comfort with dashboards, funnel data, and cohort/SKU-level analysis.
- Working knowledge of web analytics tools (MixPanel, Microsoft BI, Google Analytics/GA4, or equivalent)
- Excellent stakeholder management - ability to align category, product, tech, and marketing teams around shared goals.
- Solid business acumen - ability to connect merchandising and UX decisions to revenue outcomes.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced)
- Prior experience with demand planning/forecasting, ideally in a seasonal or festive- heavy business.
- Structured problem-solving and prioritization skills - ability to juggle strategic planning with day-to-day firefighting.
