Lead ServiceNow Platform (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, DPR and EC) Lead BAU team and small enhancements (good to have architect knowledge) Min 5-6+ years of experience of maintaining platform and leading BAU team. Work closely with Product Owner and Scrum Master for PI planning Connect with TME stakeholders for upcoming enhancement requests Responsible for platform upgrade, weekly release, business communication if any major incident and scheduled outages Instance cloning, patch upgrade, yearly platform upgrade etc. Responsible to maintain SLAs i.e. Incident, Tasks, Change Requests, Release etc. Valuable communication skill and problem-solving skills Interaction with Servicenow Vendor and Architect. Responsible for continuous improvement in platform Mentor of BAU team members
