Establish testing entry and exit criteria. Coordinate testing activities across all programme workstreams and applications. Develop and maintain integrated UAT plans, milestones, dependencies, and sign-off criteria. Provide regular status reporting to Programme Management and Steering Committees. UAT Environment Management Lead the provisioning and readiness of a dedicated UAT environment. Coordinate environment build activities across infrastructure, application, security, and integration teams. Ensure all upstream and downstream application interfaces are deployed, configured, and validated before business testing commences. Manage environment availability, refresh activities, access provisioning, and issue resolution. Coordinate data migration and test data readiness activities. End-to-End Testing Coordination Ensure end-to-end business processes can be validated across integrated applications. Coordinate cross-functional and cross-application testing activities. Manage test execution across multiple business domains including HR, Finance, Procurement, Sales, Delivery, GTM, Legal, Marcomms and Corporate Functions. Validate end-to-end process flows, integrations, data transfers, and business controls.



Business Engagement Execution Partner with business stakeholders to define testing scope and business scenarios. Coordinate business tester onboarding, training, communications, and scheduling. Facilitate daily testing governance, triage, and progress meetings. Track execution progress against plan and drive issue resolution. Ensure adequate business participation throughout the testing lifecycle. Defect Risk Management Establish defect management processes and governance. Lead defect triage sessions with business and technical teams. Drive prioritisation and resolution of testing issues. Manage testing risks, dependencies, and escalations. Assess impact of defects on programme timelines and deployment readiness. Reporting Sign-Off Produce executive-ready testing dashboards and status reports. Track testing progress, defect trends, environment stability, and readiness metrics. Coordinate formal business sign-off activities. Ensure all testing exit criteria are achieved prior to Go-Live recommendation. Support Go/No-Go decision forums. ________________________________________ Required Experience Essential 8+ years' experience managing large-scale testing or UAT programmes. Proven experience leading UAT for complex enterprise transformation or integration programmes. Experience managing testing across multiple applications, interfaces, and business functions. Strong understanding of end-to-end testing, integration testing, and business process validation. Experience coordinating business users, functional SMEs, technical teams, and external partners. Experience managing testing governance, defect management, and executive reporting. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Desirable Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, or integration programmes. Experience working within global delivery environments. Knowledge of HR, Finance, Procurement, CRM, and Corporate Function business processes. Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or similar testing tools. Experience coordinating testing across geographically distributed teams.
