Job Title: Software Engineer (I) - Established Engineer III

Location: Chennai

Work Type: Hybrid (4 Days work From Office)

Position Description:

- We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Software Engineer to join our team and work on building, customizing, integrating, and supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in C# and ASP.NET development, along with solid expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, integrations, Azure services, and Power Platform.

- Develop, customize and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
- Design and develop applications using C# and ASP.NET.
- Work extensively with Dynamics 365 SDK and Web API for customizations and integrations.




- Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 plug-ins and custom workflows.
- Build business process automation using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Develop and support Azure Functions for cloud-based solutions and integrations.
- Work with Azure Service Bus for messaging and enterprise integrations.
- Design, develop and support integration solutions between Dynamics 365 and external systems.
- Follow best practices for source control, code quality, deployment and application support.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
