- 3-4 Years of relevant experience in collections
- Ideal Candidate should have experience with clients across Telecom/MSO/System Integrator sector
- Shall have exposure across public and private collection activities
- Exposure of building robust stakeholder mapping and management.
- Excellent Relationship and Connects in the account shall be an added advantage
- Logical and Analytical Approach
- Proficiency in CRM and Excel
- Shall have demonstrated excellent leadership skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills and customer orientation in his/her previous roles.
