- Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests using Neo Load.
- Create and maintain performance test scripts, including correlation, parameterization, and dynamic data handling.
- Develop realistic workload models based on business and application requirements.
- Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with development, QA, Dev Ops, and application teams to troubleshoot performance issues.
- Prepare performance test reports, dashboards, and executive-level summaries.
Qualifications
- Solid hands-on experience with Tricentis Neo Load.
- 3+ years of experience in Performance Testing.
- Good understanding of performance testing concepts, workload modelling, and performance metrics.
- Experience with HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, web applications, and distributed systems.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
