Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead overall plant operations, production, quality, manpower, productivity, safety and operational efficiency.
Key Requirements
- 15-20 years of relevant manufacturing experience with robust Plant Leadership exposure.
- Experience in Structural Steel / Heavy Fabrication is essential.
- Exposure to Railway Bridge Girders / Highway Structures / PEB.
- Experience with RDSO / RITES / TPI requirements.
- Strong experience in multi-shift plant operations.
- Experience handling plant tonnage, production capacity and manpower.
- ERP / MRP working knowledge.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 3834 / EN 1090.
- Good understanding of WPS, PQR, WPQ and NDT.
- Strong leadership, planning, production and operational management skills.
