Job Description

PMO Manager:

n

n
- 812 years of project/program management experience, including 35 years managing team of Project/Program Managers.
n
- Deep understanding of agile delivery at program/portfolio level.
n
- Proven ability to manage complex dependencies across products, platforms, and teams .
n
- Excellent risk management, financial acumen, and executive communication .
n
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and elevate PMs/Program Managers while staying actively involved in execution.
n
- Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing PMO team, setting clear goals, driving accountability, and enabling career growth.
n
- Deep understanding of the technology project lifecycle, from requirements through deployment and operational transition.
n

Preferred:

n

n
- PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications (Secure, CSM, PMI-ACP).
n
- Experience with enterprise portfolio and delivery tools (e.g.,



Service Now PPM, Clarity,
n
- Jira/Confluence).
n
- Background in technology organizations with capital and operational project funding.
n
- Experience in large, matrixed organizations managing concurrent initiatives.
