“We are seeking professionals who combine architectural leadership with hands‑on Salesforce development expertise . The ideal candidate can design scalable solutions while actively contributing to Apex, LWC, and declarative configurations. They must demonstrate end‑to‑end ownership, balancing high‑level architecture with practical coding and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.
n
- Provide architectural leadership and guidance on Salesforce best practices, platform capabilities, and integration strategies.
n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
n
- Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality.
n
- Perform hands-on development, configuration, and customization of the Salesforce platform.
n
- Conduct solution design reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
n
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

n

n
- A minimum of 10 years of overall IT experience.
n
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
n




- Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and technical leadership.
n
- Proven hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, SOSL).
n
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce declarative configuration tools (Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules).
n
- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools (REST API, SOAP API, Oauth, Middleware solutions).
n
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

n

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect).
n
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
n
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development.
n
- Experience in specific Salesforce clouds relevant to the business (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
