SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant

Time Shift: Mostly IST (with a couple of hours overlap in PST)

Overview

n

We are looking for a strong SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant with deep functional expertise and hands-on experience across multiple end‐to‐end implementations. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in SAP Finance and Controlling modules and be well-versed with all phases of S/4HANA greenfield projects.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead and support SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations across all project phases — blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‐go‐live support.
n
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
n
- Configure and optimize FICO sub‐modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing, Margin Analysis, and Treasury.
n
- Provide functional expertise for financial processes, month-end/year-end closing, and reporting.
n




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
n
- Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and support testing cycles.
n
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for SAP FICO processes.
n

Required Skills & Experience

n

n
- 12–15 years of SAP FICO experience.
n
- 2–3 full-cycle S/4HANA greenfield implementations (mandatory).
n
- Strong understanding of all implementation phases — requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
n
- Solid knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Margin Analysis, and Treasury.
n
- Experience with SAP ECC is an added advantage.
n
- Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
n

Nice to Have

- Experience working in manufacturing or large enterprise environments.
n
- Exposure to integration with SD, MM, PP, and other modules.
n
- SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance.
