- Maintaining customer relationship by responding to inquiries, documenting actions

- Responds to customer inquiries after understanding it

- Communicating with customers through email or chat or over the phone

- Improving quality of services by recommending improved processes

- Providing outstanding customer service

What we look for

- A German language expert. B2 from Goethe Institute/ Diploma from Ranade Institute or equivalent degree from any other institution
n
- Freshers & those who have experienced in German language field
n
- High organizational skills and confident expression in spoken & written German language. Listing skills – both in German & English
n
- Ability to work in a team, should be flexible, friendly and open nature
n
- Convincing appearance,



should possess qualities of persistence and resilience

- Must have very positive MS-Office knowledge
n
- Immediate Joiner will be given preference
