Futurism technologies are looking for Cyber Security Trainer at Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune location

n

Skills & Responsibilities:

Learner Engagement & Coaching

n

n
- Deliver sessions with high learner interactivity, labs, quizzes, and recap strategies.
n
- Provide tailored coaching for certification readiness, career planning, and resume/interview preparation.
n
- Offer post-training support through Q&A; forums, project guidance, and lab access.
n

n

Threat Intelligence & Incident Response Education

n

n
- Demonstrate the use of SIEM tools (Splunk,



Sentinel, QRadar, ELK) in log correlation, threat detection, and alert tuning.
n
- Guide learners through incident response steps from detection to recovery.
n
- Cover integration of threat intel feeds, IOC/IOA analysis, and MITRE ATT&CK; mapping.
n

n

Must have skills:

n

n
- 3+ years in cybersecurity, including roles in architecture, penetration testing, blue/red teaming, and cloud security.
n
- Proven trainer/mentor with exceptional presentation, articulation, and learner engagement abilities.
n
- Solid experience with:
n
- SIEM platforms ( XDR, Sentinel, Qradar,Splunk ELK Stack)
