About the Role

n

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to take ownership of our social media presence and help grow our brand across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars.
n
- Manage daily social media activities across multiple platforms.
n
- Create engaging content ideas, hooks, captions, Reels and posts.
n
- Research trends, competitors and relevant property-investment topics.
n
- Work closely with our Content Strategist, Graphic Designer and Video Editor.
n
- Monitor analytics, engagement and audience growth.
n




- Test different content formats and improve performance based on data.
n
- Build brand awareness, audience engagement and social-media-generated leads.
n
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms and AI tools.
n

Requirements

n

n
- 2+ years of experience in social media management.
n
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
n
- Good knowledge of Reels, content strategy and social media analytics.
n
- Solid communication and copywriting skills.
n
- Creative mindset with strong research skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
n
- Experience with real estate, finance or property investment is a plus.
n
