What would you do?
- The Compensation and Benefits New Associate supports the delivery of HR services related to payroll, employee benefits, and compensation processes within a shared services contact center environment. The role involves handling employee queries, executing transactions, and ensuring accurate and compliant processing of compensation and benefits activities while delivering a consistent employee experience.

- Design processes for performing salary adjustments, providing bonus incentives, maintaining salary and job tables and managing employee stock purchase plan. What are we looking for?
- Primary skill - Compensation Administration Process Design
- HR Operations or Shared Services experience.
- Exposure to Compensation and Benefits or employee data management processes is an advantage.
- Bachelors degree such as BA, BCom, BSc, BTech, or equivalent.
- Shift Timings
- Must be flexible with respect to shift timings. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, compensation, and benefits through contact center channels including calls, chat, and portal.
- Support payroll input validation, salary changes, bonus processing, and deductions.
- Assist in administration of employee benefits including health insurance, superannuation, and leave entitlements in APAC.
- Ensure accurate data entry and updates in HRIS and payroll systems.
- Maintain adherence to SLA and KPI metrics including average handling time, first contact resolution, accuracy, and customer satisfaction in a high volume environment.
- Support compliance with APAC regulations including Fair Work Act, tax, and superannuation requirements.
- Assist in resolving basic compensation or payroll discrepancies and escalate complex issues.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base updates for common queries.
- Ensure data privacy and confidentiality of employee compensation information.
- Ability to manage high volume and repetitive transactions efficiently.
- Basic analytical and problem solving skills.
- Understanding of data privacy requirements for sensitive compensation information.
- Adaptability to quick paced and process driven environments.
