The QA resources will be responsible for: Preparing and reviewing test scenarios, test cases, and test data.

Performing functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT support testing.

Testing debit card lifecycle processes, including card issuance, activation, PIN management, hotlisting, replacement, renewal, and transaction processing.

Validating card transaction flows across Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, NPCI, and other payment network integrations.

Testing authorization switch functionalities, transaction routing, reversals, chargebacks, settlements, and reconciliation processes.

Coordinating with business, vendor, switch, and host system teams for defect analysis and resolution.

Executing API, interface, and file-based testing between Core Banking, Card Management Systems, and external partners.

Logging, tracking,



and retesting defects through closure.

Supporting production validation, mock runs, and migration-related testing activities.

Preparing daily/weekly status reports and test execution metrics.

Preferred Experience Testing experience in the Banking , Cards domain and authorization switch.

Solid understanding of Debit Card systems, Authorization Switches, CMS/DCMS, and payment networks.

Experience in card migration projects will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of transaction life cycle, ISO 8583 messages, reconciliation, and settlement processes.

Experience with defect management and test management tools.
