Role Description

- Tele Sales role at Malnad Stays is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.
- The team member will handle inbound and outbound calls, introduce stay options, explain packages, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Daily tasks include maintaining call logs and customer records, following up on leads, answering questions about destinations and stay facilities, and sharing offers or seasonal promotions.
- The role also involves coordinating with the operations team to confirm reservations, assisting guests with changes or special requests, and providing clear, courteous information at all stages of the booking process.




- The individual is expected to meet sales targets, maintain high service standards, and participate in regular training or team meetings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear telephone etiquette and the ability to explain packages and destinations confidently.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills with a focus on lead conversion, upselling relevant services, and meeting booking targets.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in tele sales or hospitality, familiarity with travel or homestay bookings, basic computer and CRM usage, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environme.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
