Role Description The Technician role at Labridge is a full-time, in office position based in Navi Mumbai. The Technician will handle routine sample collection, preparation, and processing in accordance with established laboratory protocols and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include operating and maintaining diagnostic equipment, monitoring test workflows, labeling and tracking specimens, and ensuring proper documentation in laboratory information systems.

The role also involves collaborating with laboratory staff and partner centers, adhering to safety and infection control guidelines,



and supporting efficient turnaround times and accurate reporting. The Technician will be expected to follow standard operating procedures, participate in basic troubleshooting, and contribute to a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.

Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with basic laboratory procedures, including sample collection, preparation, and routine testing.
- Ability to operate, clean, and perform easy maintenance on diagnostic instruments and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail for specimen labeling, data entry, documentation, and adherence to SOPs.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety practices, infection control, and handling of biological samples.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills for coordinating with laboratory colleagues and partner centers.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to support high-volume workflows and timely reporting.
- Minimum of a relevant diploma or degree (e.g., DMLT, B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field).
- Prior experience in a diagnostic laboratory or healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and adapt to evolving processes in a fast-growing organization.
