Hiring: Technical Support Executive _ IT infrastructure support

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive with hands-on experience in IT infrastructure support, storage, backup and recovery, troubleshooting, and cloud environments.

The role involves day-to-day monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, backup/restore activities, infrastructure maintenance, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in technical/infrastructure support.
- Hands-on experience in storage and backup administration/support.
- Valuable troubleshooting and incident-management skills.
- Experience with one or more backup technologies: Commvault, Veeam or Veritas NetBackup.
- Knowledge of SAN, NAS, Dell EMC, NetApp, iSCSI, NFS/CIFS or SMB.
- Working knowledge of Windows Server and Linux.
- Exposure to VMware or Hyper-V.
- Exposure to AWS/Azure cloud environments.
- Knowledge of backup, restore and disaster recovery processes.




- Scripting/automation knowledge in PowerShell, Python or Bash is an advantage.
- Good communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.
