We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will bring strong recruitment expertise, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to contribute to business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for assigned requirements, from sourcing to candidate joining.
- Understand job descriptions, role expectations, and hiring priorities to identify suitable talent.
- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, databases, referrals, and social-media platforms.
- Screen, shortlist, interview, and assess candidates against role requirements.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, collect feedback, manage follow-ups, and support offer negotiations.
- Maintain transparent and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients; provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- Coordinate with clients to understand new hiring needs, resolve concerns, and ensure high service quality.
- Support business development by identifying potential client opportunities, generating leads, and assisting in acquiring new mandates.




- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, hiring trackers, and reports.
- Work toward individual and team hiring targets while ensuring a positive candidate and client experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or a recruitment consultancy.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across one or more industries.
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination skills.
- Experience in client coordination and relationship management.
- Interest or experience in business development, lead generation, or client acquisition is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, networking, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced consulting setting.
- Proficiency with job portals, LinkedIn, MS Office, and recruitment tracking tools.
