Experience

2–5 years in driver operations, fleet management, logistics, transportation, delivery, mobility, or manpower management.

Key Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Driver Supply Manager to manage and grow our driver network and ensure adequate driver availability to meet business and operational requirements.

The role will be responsible for driver acquisition, on boarding, activation, engagement, retention, attendance, and supply planning. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a rapid-paced setting and managing field teams and driver relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end driver supply and availability across assigned locations.
Develop and execute strategies to attract and onboard new drivers.
Source drivers through referrals, field recruitment, agencies, social media, local networks, and other channels.
Coordinate driver documentation, verification, on boarding, training, and activation.
Monitor daily driver availability, login hours, attendance, utilization, and productivity.
Ensure sufficient driver supply during peak hours, weekends, holidays, and high-demand periods.
Identify supply gaps and take immediate corrective actions.
Develop strategies to improve driver activation and retention.
Build strong relationships with drivers and address their operational concerns.
Conduct regular driver engagement activities, meetings, and field visits.
Coordinate with Operations, Recruitment, Customer Support, and other internal teams.
Track driver performance and identify inactive or low-performing drivers.
Design and implement driver incentive, referral, and engagement programs.
Monitor competitor activities and market compensation/incentive trends.
Maintain accurate driver databases and operational reports.




Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on driver acquisition, activation, retention, and supply.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and driver documentation requirements.

New drivers onboarded per month.
Driver activation rate.
Active drivers / available driver supply.
Daily and weekly driver attendance.
Driver login hours.
Driver retention rate.
Driver churn/dropout rate.
Supply fulfillment during peak hours.
Cost per driver acquisition.

Achievement of driver supply targets.

Required Skills

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with CRM or driver-management platforms is an advantage.
Willingness to travel locally and conduct field visits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
2–5 years of experience in driver supply, fleet operations, logistics, mobility, delivery, recruitment, or manpower management.
Experience managing a large driver workforce or field team will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who can build a strong driver network, maintain healthy driver supply, reduce driver churn, and ensure the required number of active drivers are available every day.

The candidate should be comfortable spending time in the field, interacting directly with drivers, and taking ownership of supply targets.

Salary: Rs 8 L PA
