Essential Job Functions:

- Responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Project Operations solutions to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
- Gather and analyze business requirements for CE and Project Operations modules.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE and Project Operations solutions.
- Support solution design, testing, deployment, and user training.
- Provide functional guidance and troubleshoot application issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and reports.
