Hiring: Area Sales Manager – Pharma & Nutraceuticals

Channel: OTC Pharmacy / Chemist Channel

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager with a strong background in OTC pharmacy/chemist sales and an established distributor/stockist network.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Drive sales through the OTC pharmacy and distribution channel.

n

Manage and expand distributor, stockist and pharmacy networks.

n

Develop new business opportunities and onboard channel partners.

n

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

n

Independently manage the assigned territory and sales activities.

n

Build strong relationships with distributors, chemists and pharmacy retailers.

n

Monitor market trends, competition and product movement.

n

Ensure product availability and market penetration.

n

Provide regular market feedback and sales reports to management.

n

Candidate Profile

n

10–12 years of relevant Pharma/Nutraceutical/Consumer Healthcare sales experience

n





Strong experience in OTC pharmacy/chemist channel

n

Solid existing distributor/stockist network preferred

n

Proven sales track record

n

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

n

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

n

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

n

Delhi | Gurgaon | Noida | Ghaziabad | Faridabad | Haryana | Chandigarh | Ambala | Ludhiana | Jammu | Lucknow | Varanasi | Jaipur

Compensation

n

Hike on present/last drawn CTC

n

Salary is negotiable based on experience, market network and business potential.

n

Candidates with an established distributor network and strong pharmacy market relationships will be given preference.

n
