Change Manager

4-Month Contract

Day Rate: $125 - $175/day

India - Remote

A large global skilled services firm is undertaking a significant digital transformation across its Enterprise Services function. The programme involves migrating internal service catalogue operations away from email-based ticketing to a standardised platform with automated workflows, improving data retention and the end-user experience. With pilots already underway, the focus is now on rollout, adoption, and enablement across an initial user base of several hundred, with ambitions to scale to thousands.

This is an internally focused change management role supporting a product delivery team. The split is approximately 65% change management and 35% communications, with an emphasis on strategic change thinking, persona analysis, and training delivery over written correspondence.

We are looking for:





- Experience leading change management on digital transformation or enterprise product rollout programmes
- Ability to conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments, and develop practical mitigation plans
- Experience developing training, enablement, and communication content for diverse user groups
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders

It would be a bonus if you have:

- A background in consulting or experience working within a large, matrixed organisation
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms
- A change management certification or exposure to behavioural science
