GRAPHIC DESIGNER – MARKETING & BRANDING

Role overview:

We are seeking an exceptional, detail oriented Graphic Designer to partner with our Marketing & Branding team on a project basis. This role requires daily delivery of unique, high impact visual assets specifically tailored for our paid marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a pixel perfect designer who understands how to blend premium real estate aesthetics with performance marketing strategies to create real, attention grabbing visual graphics.

Requirements:

- Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.

- Working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva.

- Deep understanding of layout, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and CTR optimized design for paid media.

- Experience working with real estate developers, advertising agencies, or performance marketing agencies.

- Valuable eye for premium, contemporary, and aspirational design.

- Knowledge of AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or Canva AI.

- Ability to independently conceptualize briefs and deliver top tier designs on strict daily deadlines.
