Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and respond to customer queries across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.

- Handle day-to-day social media account management and engagement.

- Create social media posts, posters, flyers, reels, and promotional creatives using Canva.

- Schedule and publish content across social media channels.

- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotional activities.

- Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and ensure timely responses.

- Maintain content calendars and support basic social media planning.

- Track engagement and prepare basic social media performance reports.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

- Proficiency in Canva for designing creatives.

- Valuable written communication skills in English.

- Creative mindset with basic design and content creation skills.

- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite is an added advantage.

- Freshers and entry-level candidates with internship/project experience are welcome.
