Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Product Consultant to join our team, focusing on pharmaceutical software implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in product manufacturing process knowledge within the pharmaceutical industry, with a specific emphasis on software solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of software systems that enhance operational efficiency and compliance within pharmaceutical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clear communication and understanding.

Analysis and Documentation: Analyse business processes, identify areas for improvement, and create detailed documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRS), and Use Cases.

Solution Design: Work with software developers and IT teams to design and propose software solutions that meet business needs, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and standards.





Project Management Support: Assist in project planning, monitoring project progress, and reporting on project status to stakeholders.

Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure software solutions meet business requirements. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve any issues that arise.

Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and ongoing support post-implementation to ensure smooth adoption and optimal use of the new systems.

Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all software implementations comply with industry standards such as GxP, FDA regulations, and other relevant guidelines.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering(ECE,CSE,IT,EEE)

Experience: Fresher or Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Product Consultant,

Technical Skills: Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., ZOHO,TFS and Support), familiarity with SQL, and understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry standards, regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA), and compliance practices.
