1) Ensure to execute Production planning as per shift schedule

2) Monitor production throughput and machine performance

3) Ability to handle inventory management

4) ensure to produce defect free product by following defined SOPs

5) Ability to identify improvement opportunity to optimize process and reduce waste

6) Manpower management

7) Co-ordinate with maintenance department for proper performance of machineries.

8) Ensure to implement 6S in routine work

9) Valuable interpersonal skills

10 ) Analytical and problem solving ability.
