Description

Lead quality assurance activities across the Fintech mobile wallet ecosystem, ensuring all customer-facing and backend payment services are thoroughly validated before release while maintaining production quality and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the overall testing strategy for Fintech mobile wallet platform and payment services.
Lead functional, regression, integration, API, and UAT testing activities.
Review test plans, test cases, and quality metrics to ensure complete coverage.
Manage defect lifecycle, prioritize critical issues, and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
Ensure release readiness through quality gates and sign-off criteria.
Mentor QA engineers and continuously improve testing processes, automation, and reporting.

Qualifications

8-12 years
Mobile Wallet Testing, Digital Payments, API Testing, Functional & Regression Testing, Test Automation, UAT, Web & Mobile Applications, OSS/BSS Integration
