## Responsibilities

* Lead a team of up to 10 developers, setting explicit goals and maintaining project focus.
* Oversee project planning, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product owners, and stakeholders.
* Conduct regular check-ins, provide feedback, and support team development and performance.
* Ensure high standards in code quality, scalability, and project outcomes.
* Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, removing roadblocks, and keeping projects on track.

## What We’re Looking For

* Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading small to medium-sized teams,



with a strong ability to motivate and align teams toward common goals.
* Project Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and experience in managing complex, deadline-driven projects.
* Technical Background: Experience in software development or engineering, with an understanding of development processes and tools.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a client-centric approach.
* Goal-Oriented: Skilled in setting, tracking, and achieving project goals, with a focus on delivering results that align with client expectations.

## Bonus Skills

* Certification in project management (PMP, Scrum Master).
* Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello).
* Experience working with enterprise clients and agile teams.
