## About the Role
To provide legal, regulatory, contractual, and compliance. This role ensures that digital initiatives, technology partnerships, platforms, data governance, and IT operations are legally compliant, commercially protected, and aligned with organizational objectives.

## Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft, negotiate, and manage technology-related agreements, including SaaS, software licensing, cloud services, technology partnerships, vendor contracts, and digital platform agreements.
- Provide legal support for technology transformation, digital products, platform development, automation initiatives, and emerging technology projects.
- Advise on data privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, information security, and technology risk-related matters.
- Support procurement and vendor management teams in evaluating legal and contractual risks associated with technology engagements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable technology, data protection, intellectual property, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage legal aspects of digital platforms, APIs, fintech integrations, and technology-enabled partnerships.
- Advise on intellectual property protection, licensing rights, software usage, and technology asset management.
- Support incident management, regulatory reviews, audits,



and investigations involving technology and information security matters.
- Work closely with Technology, Information Security, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Business teams to mitigate legal and operational risks.
- Establish legal governance frameworks, contract repositories, and standard legal documentation for technology engagements.

## Requirements
### Education
- LL.B with specialization in Technology Law, Cyber Law, Intellectual Property, or Data Privacy (Preferred).

### Experience
- 6-10 years of experience.
- Experience in technology contracting, digital business, fintech, NBFC, banking, financial services, SaaS, or technology-driven organizations.
- Exposure to data privacy, information security, technology procurement, and regulatory compliance is preferred.
