Role Overview

n

We are looking for an experienced IIS & .NET Application Support Engineer to support business-critical applications hosted on IIS in enterprise production environments. The role requires robust technical troubleshooting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage incidents in a 24x7 support environment.

Key Responsibilities

n

Support IIS-hosted .NET and .NET Core applications in production environments

n

Perform IIS administration, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting

n

Manage SSL certificates and HTTPS configurations

n

Support application deployments, releases, and environment-related activities

n

Handle Incident, Change, and Problem Management through Service Now

n

Analyse IIS logs and Windows Event Viewer logs to identify application issues

n

Perform Root Cause Analysis and resolve production incidents

n

Monitor application availability, performance, and service stability

n





Coordinate with Development, Infrastructure, and Business teams

n

Support critical incidents and ensure timely service restoration

n

Maintain technical documentation, incident records, and resolution details

n

Mandatory Skills

n

3+ Years hands-on experience in IIS Administration

n

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

n

Windows Server Administration

n

NET and .NET Core Application Support

n

SSL Certificate and HTTPS Configuration

n

Application Monitoring and Troubleshooting

n

Incident and Change Management

n

Service Now Ticketing

n

ITIL Fundamentals

n

Basic understanding of Active Directory

n

Ideal Candidate Profile

3+ Years Experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments

n

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

n

Customer-facing application support experience

Ability to work effectively during critical production incidents

Comfortable working in US shifts and 24x7 rotational support

Strong ownership and commitment to maintaining stable application services
