Comet Healthcare Solutions is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage the complete sales cycle for our healthcare marketing services.

We're looking for someone who can independently handle end-to-end sales from prospecting and lead generation to client meetings, negotiations, closing and onboarding.

n

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai | In office

n

Position: Sales Manager

n

Work Days: Monday–Saturday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

n

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000/month

n

Experience: Minimum 2 years

- Key Responsibilities
n

n

-Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closure

n

-Identify and connect with potential healthcare clients

n

-Conduct sales calls, meetings and presentations

n

-Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marketing solutions

n

-Prepare proposals and commercials

n

-Handle negotiations and close deals

n

-Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline

n

-Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads

n





-Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding

n

-Build and maintain strong client relationships

n

-Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

n

-Track sales performance and maintain regular reports

n

- What We're Looking For
n

n

-Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/business development

n

-Experience in healthcare, digital marketing, advertising or agency sales will be an advantage

n

-Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

n

-Proven ability to independently manage the sales cycle

n

-Target-oriented and commercially driven approach

n

-Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills

n

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment

n
