JOB DESCRIPTION : Loan Department – Backend Operations Position: Loan Department – Backend Operations

Experience

- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

- Freshers can also apply if they have a robust understanding of finance.

Educational Qualification

- MBA in Finance preferred.

- Candidates with CFP certification will be preferred.

- Good knowledge of Finance, Loans & Financial Products.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle backend operational activities for the loan department.

- Process and verify loan-related documents.

- Coordinate with customers, banks, financial institutions, and internal teams.

- Maintain accurate records and update loan applications.

- Follow up on pending documents and application status.

- Assist with loan processing and documentation.





- Ensure timely completion of daily operational activities.

- Maintain proper MIS and reports.

- Support the team in other finance and loan-related activities as required.

Candidate Profile

- Good understanding of Finance and Loan Processes.

- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / computer applications.

- Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred due to an urgent requirement.

Working Hours

- 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

- Monday to Saturday
