About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our Operations & Logistics function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the operations team and ensuring smooth execution of E-commerce, Quick Commerce,warehousing, inventory and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Operations & Logistics team, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution.
- Manage order fulfilment across E-commerce, Marketplace and Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, etc.
- Oversee warehouse operations, dispatch, transportation, deliveries and returns.
- Ensure timely order processing and delivery while maintaining high service levels.
- Manage inventory availability, replenishment and stock movement across channels.
- Coordinate with Sales, KAM, Finance and other teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage 3PL,



warehouse and logistics partners and monitor their performance.
- Track key operational metrics including OTIF, fulfilment, TAT, inventory accuracy and logistics costs.
- Identify operational gaps and implement processes/SOPs to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Train, manage and drive performance of the operations team.

Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of experience in FMCG Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations.
- Strong experience in E-commerce & Quick Commerce operations.
- Proven experience in team handling and operations leadership.
- Strong understanding of warehousing, inventory, dispatch and logistics.
- Excellent problem-solving, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on, process-oriented and comfortable working in a rapid-paced FMCG/D2C environment.
