Experience: 3–9 Years in Retail Store Management

Drive Business Growth: Lead daily store operations, exceed sales targets, and oversee cash reconciliation and safety standards.

Build & Lead Top Talent: Hire, onboard, and mentor new team members while sharing best practices to boost sales performance.

Operations & Inventory: Track and manage inventory precision, organize stock, and lead in-store marketing executions.

Ensure high customer satisfaction through service standards and robust leadership on the shop floor.
