Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Analyst with 8–10 years of experience and solid exposure to US Finance & Accounting processes, Accounts Payable, and SAP Concur. The candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review, validate, and process IT invoices (hardware, software, cloud, and services) as per POs, contracts, and company policies.
- Manage Accounts Payable and SAP Concur activities, including invoice processing, coding, expense allocation, and timely payments.




- Reconcile discrepancies and resolve vendor billing/payment issues with relevant stakeholders.
- Support month-end close, including accruals, prepaid expenses, amortization, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready financial records and support reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Use Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis) for financial analysis and reporting.
- Identify process gaps and drive process improvements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Demonstrate strong ownership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, multitasking, and firefighting skills.
- Collaborate effectively with US-based stakeholders and support US working hours when required.
- Should ready able to handle work without assistance

Required Skills

- 8–10 years of relevant Finance & Accounting experience.
- Strong US Finance & Accounting / AP process experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Concur and ERP systems.
- Good knowledge of accruals, prepaid expenses, amortization, and reconciliations.
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent ownership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
