Must Have:

n

n
- Good Understanding on Cloud computing and Need to have VCP & MCSE or equivalent
n
- Working experience on migration projects
n
- Advance experience on Windows servers, Virtualization, VMWare, Hyper-V based OS
n
- Advance experience on ESX Administration and knowledge in OS recovery
n
- Server Migration Migrating from one OS to other flavor, Hardware Refresh -Move Windows OS from one HW to other HW, Virtualization P2V V2V Migration
n

Good to Have:

n

n
- Good customer /vendor interaction skills
n
- Good Knowledge in ITIL
n
- Positive Communication skill with knowledge on Microsoft & VMware
n
- Disaster Recovery for the customer
n
